- Photos you upload and the images generated from them; limited technical records such as IP address, browser information, request time, and service status; and a language-preference cookie used to remember your selected language.
How We Use Your Information
- To upload, process, preview, and deliver the document photos you request.
- Uploaded and generated photos are kept in restricted object storage only temporarily and are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. API access logs are retained for 7 days for operation and security monitoring.
- To operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and usability of the website.
- To respond to lawful requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information is processed by infrastructure providers that help us host, store, deliver, and secure the service, or disclosed when required by law. We limit this processing to what is needed to provide and operate MyIDPhoto.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted storage access, and automatic lifecycle deletion to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please upload only the photo needed for this service.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need information to verify a request.
